AGM 2021 - Wed 19th May 2:00 pm

The AGM 2021 will be held at the online Zoom Speaker Meeting. (Log on as you usually would for the Speaker Meeting)

Below are the AGM documents. Depending on how your PC/iPad/Tablet/Laptop/Phone is set up the document might open in a new browser tab, or open directly, or might download into your Downloads folder.

​​If you would like to join the Committee, you will be most welcome to join our friendly team. We meet about six times a year (at the moment monthly via Zoom until we can get back to ‘proper’ meetings)

If you are unable to get the Nomination form manually signed, then do it via the digital route:

1. Enter your name in the name & signature fields, enter date, save the document then email it to your Proposer. ​

2. The Proposer then enters their name and date,  saves the document, then emails it to the Seconder with the same instructions. 

3. The Seconder does the same as the Proposer and then sends the Nomination Form to our Secretary, Paul Booker
